John Hardy will take you through the stages of identifying complex movements from sport, pick out the key components of the skill, and then use dynamic systems to turn them into progressive exercise solutions. 

We will cover Golf, Tennis, Football, Rugby, Martial Arts, Boxing or any other sport the group wants to look at.
