How it works
The link takes the form /pt-manager/book-with/ followed by your trainer reference. Send it to a client once and it works every time. They choose a slot, and PT Manager records the booking. Alerts and waitlist-promotion emails go out for you.
Public booking takes existing clients. A stranger cannot book through it, which keeps the diary for the people you already train.
Your own calendar
Every booking confirmation email includes Google and Outlook links and an .ics attachment. The calendar page also has a private link that Apple Calendar and Outlook subscribe to in one tap and Google reads through Other calendars. New sessions appear and cancellations drop off. Google decides how often it refreshes, and that can be as slow as a day. Nothing flows the other way: appointments made in your own calendar do not block bookable times in PT Manager.
How it fits with the Level 3 and the Accelerator
The booking link works well with what a client tells you before session one. The criterion on the Level 3 personal training course says time available shapes the programme. A booking link makes that practical, because the session a client picks is a session they have already made time for.
