Today's Two Posts Both Shape The Space Around A Client, And PT Manager's Client View Is The One They Walk Into

In short: Today's first post worked out that a hip thrust is a glute exercise once the four steps are run, with the trunk holding the position while the hips do the work. Today's second showed a wall, a box of cones or a line changing how a client moves, because the space does the coaching. PT Manager's My Brand and Client View is the same idea for the moment a client opens their home screen. A trainer sets a brand name, a header photo, a welcome line and an accent colour once, and the client walks into a space that is the trainer's own, with the frame built by FASTER and the data owned by the trainer.

Two posts, one idea about space

Today's first post ran a four-step method on a hip thrust and found the glutes doing the job, with the trunk holding everything still around them. Today's second looked at a Movement Trainer lesson where a wall, a box of cones or a line on the floor changes how a client moves, because the space around them does part of the coaching. Both are about the same thing from different angles: what surrounds a person shapes what they do.

The first space a client meets

A client's first contact with a trainer's business is also a space. It is the screen they open before a session, and PT Manager's My Brand and Client View is where the trainer decides what is on it. A brand name, a header photo, a welcome line and an accent colour are set once, and the client's home screen carries them from then on.

The accent colour picks up the icons and buttons, and the frame around it (type, tiles, spacing) stays FASTER-built, so a trainer gets something that looks designed without having to design it.

Their name, their data

The screen describes itself as white-labelled front to back, with the client data belonging to the trainer, held as GDPR data they own and keep even if they leave. A trainer's brand sits on the first thing a client sees, which is where word of mouth starts.

Signing up and passing are still different moments

PT Manager opens the moment someone signs up with any FASTER course, so a trainer can build their client view in their own name straight away. Adding real clients unlocks the day a course is passed. Read more about Movement Trainer (AFT), where today's second post comes from, or see PT Manager.

The FASTER Journal shares the next teaching point first. Sign up at /newsletter and it arrives the moment it's ready.

You just read one answer. The course is all of them.

Frequently asked

What does a client see when they open PT Manager?

Their trainer's brand name, header photo, welcome line and accent colour, set once by the trainer, on a frame that FASTER builds.

Does the trainer own the client data?

The product copy says so directly: your brand, your data, held as GDPR data you own and keep, even if you leave.

Do I need to have passed a course to set it up?

No. PT Manager opens the moment you sign up with FASTER, and adding real clients unlocks once you pass a course.
