Using Tri-sets to improve leg strength

These three exercises work the body in all three planes of motion, which means they'll help your clients improve their overall fitness, coordination, strength, and range of motion. Plus, they're a lot of fun to do!

Exercises:
Sagittal Plane Hop
Start standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat.
Explode up into the air, jumping as high as you can.
Land softly with your knees bent and your weight evenly distributed.

Frontal Plane Push
Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
Push yourself up into a push-up position, keeping your body in a straight line.
Lower yourself back down to the plank position.

Transverse Plane Hop
Start standing with your feet together.
Hop sideways to the right, landing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Hop sideways to the left, landing with your feet together.
Continue hopping sideways back and forth.
