PT Manager's Client Home Screen Says Your Name For You
From the FASTER syllabus: this article is taught in full in PT Manager, free with any FASTER course →

In short: Today's second post covered picking a few real, repeated traits so a client can describe a trainer in one sentence. PT Manager's My Brand & Client View screen is where that consistency gets built once and then shown automatically: a trainer's own name, header photo, welcome line and an accent colour picked from an accessible set, appearing on the exact screen a client sees the moment they walk in, everywhere in the app, without anyone having to remember to keep it consistent by hand.
Two posts, one habit that's easy to drop
Today's first post ran the four-step method on a suspended plank, one more proof that seeing what is happening beats reciting a memorised list. The second covered picking a few real, repeated traits so a client can describe a trainer in one sentence rather than a paragraph. Neither post, on its own, deals with the part where a trainer has to keep that consistent, screen after screen, month after month, without forgetting.
The screen a client sees when they walk in
PT Manager's My Brand & Client View sets a trainer's name, a header photo, a welcome line and an accent colour once, and every client-facing screen carries it from then on rather than defaulting back to a generic layout. The screenshot above is the real result: a trainer's own name across the top, their own welcome line underneath, the tiles a client taps into sitting below it. PT Manager's own line on the brand screen puts the split plainly: "Your accent colours your icons and buttons; the frame — type, tiles, spacing — stays FASTER-built. That's why it all looks this good." The part that changes is the part that's supposed to change, the name and the colour that make it unmistakably one trainer's business rather than a template everyone shares.
Consistency without having to remember it
Today's second post named the real risk in personal branding, showing every side of yourself until nobody can describe what makes you different. The fix there was choosing a few traits on purpose and repeating them. The fix here is mechanical rather than a discipline a trainer has to maintain by hand: pick the name, the photo and the colour once, on the brand screen, and the client's home screen, sign-in and bookings carry it automatically from that point on. A live preview updates as it's typed, so the choice is made by seeing it rather than guessing at it.
Signing up and passing are still different moments
PT Manager doesn't wait for a certificate before a trainer can open the brand screen and set this up. That starts the day someone signs up with FASTER. What passing a course adds is real clients, so the same screen that's free to set up today is the one a paying client sees once Fitness Business Accelerator, covered in today's second post, or any other FASTER course, is passed.
What to do next
Today's first post covered reading a suspended plank. The second covered building a brand a client can describe. PT Manager is where that brand gets shown automatically, open the moment you sign up, with real clients seeing it the day a course is passed.
The FASTER Journal shares the next teaching point first. Sign up at /newsletter and it arrives the moment it's ready.
You just read one answer. The course is all of them.

Does setting up my brand take long?
It's a name, a header photo, a welcome line and a colour picked from a swatch, the screen updates a live preview as you type so you see the client's view before you save anything.
Can I use my own colour rather than the presets?
Yes, a custom colour is accepted and snapped to the nearest accessible value automatically, with a plain note if that happens.
Do I need to have passed a course to set this up?
PT Manager opens the moment you sign up. Adding real clients, the point at which they are seeing this screen, unlocks once a course is passed.
