PT Manager's Nudges Page Lists The Clients Worth A Message Today With One Tap Each, And It Pairs With Today's Two Posts On Muscle Roles And Outside Influences

In short: PT Manager's Nudges page answers one question each day: who needs a message. Each nudge states one observation and offers one action, such as say hello to a client who has gone quiet, send a top-up link, send a payment retry link or open a record. A Not today button never nags twice. Four numbers sit beneath: active clients, sessions in the next 30 days, 90-day attendance and money collected in the last 30 days. A full week has no room to remember everyone
A trainer with a busy diary cannot hold in their head who has gone quiet, whose payment bounced and who just hit a goal. PT Manager has a page for that. It is called Nudges, and the heading reads Who needs a nudge today.
What the page does
Each nudge is one observation and one action. A client who has gone quiet gets a Say hello button. A top-up offer gets Send top-up link. A failed payment gets Send retry link. A client whose attendance is slipping, or who has just hit a goal, gets Open their record.
Every nudge also carries a Not today button, and it never nags twice. When nothing needs attention, the page says so and calls that the goal.
The wording blames circumstances, never the person. That matches how the Core & Pelvic Floor course reads a client's week.
How it spots a slip
The slipping nudge compares a client's recent attendance with their own earlier rate. A client who has always trained once a month is left alone. One who trained twice a week and now comes once gets a mention.
Below the nudges sit four numbers that mean something: active clients, sessions in the next 30 days, 90-day attendance and money collected in the last 30 days. They only show when the data exists.
Where it sits with the other two posts
Today's first post is about the five jobs muscles do around a joint, the first anatomy a new trainer learns. Today's second post is about the outside influences on a client's week, from the Core & Pelvic Floor course. Nudges is where those influences become a message: a gentle hello when the week has been rough, sent in one tap.
