PT Manager's What You Are Making Page Counts The Money Your Business Plan Asked For, And Forms Hold The Goals Behind It

In short: PT Manager's What you are making page counts what has been paid through PT Manager: what is coming in every month from memberships on repeat billing, what was paid in the last 30 days, the figure per client and what sells over the last twelve months. An annual membership counts as a twelfth of its price each month. It shows only money recorded in PT Manager, and says so. Forms & interviews keeps consultations and consent forms with the client. PT Manager opens at sign-up and is free with any FASTER course.

The plan names the numbers, and something has to count them

Today's first post covers Criterion 2.2 of the Level 3 business unit: a business plan has an overall goal, milestones, key performance indicators and financial targets. A plan like that asks for numbers every month. PT Manager has a page that counts them.

It is called What you are making.

What the page shows

The page counts what has been paid through PT Manager, and it leads with two figures.

Coming in every month. The total from memberships on repeat billing, with the number of paying memberships under it. An annual membership counts as a twelfth of its price each month, so the figure means what it says.

Paid in the last 30 days. What actually arrived.

Under those sit the figure per client over the last 30 days, and a list called What sells, with the last twelve months of products, biggest first.

When nothing has been paid yet, the page says so in words and points to Money, where you set up what you sell. It does not print a zero that looks like a measurement.

It says what it does not know

The page counts purchases recorded in PT Manager, through buy links and through the Till. Cash that never went through PT Manager is not in the figures, and the page tells you that, so nobody takes it for the whole income.

Forms keep the goal behind the client

Today's second post covers a consultation method from the Core & Pelvic Floor course, Why, Why, So, So, which finds the goal a client can't say first. That conversation needs a home. Forms & interviews in PT Manager holds the PAR-Q, consent, consultations and a trainer's own forms, kept with the client.

So the goal sits next to the client, and the money sits on its own page.
