No. If your Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is Ofqual regulated, it counts, whoever delivered it. You start the FASTER Level 3 from exactly where you are.
Yes. The qualification does not expire. If you are rusty, that is normal, and the Level 3 rebuilds the foundations as you go. With FASTER you also keep access to everything afterwards, so refreshing material later costs nothing.
Yes, and honestly it is the best way to do it. The course is online and self-paced with no deadline, and what you learn lands next to real members and real shifts. Most people qualify within 3 to 6 months around work.
Yes. FASTER qualifications are delivered through FOCUS Awards, a regulated awarding organisation, and recognised by CIMSPA, the professional body UK gym employers use. That is the recognition that matters.
