Functional Training Circuit Workout

This is an example Functional Training Circuit for you to try out. We advise that you only do this if you are fit able, know about avoiding injury and you are not doing this for the first time.

The Workout

1 ViPR Lunge and Rotate - 60 seconds on 20 off X 3 Rounds

2 Kettlebell Push Press - 60 seconds on 20 off X 3 Rounds

3 CMT Launch to squat jump high transverse - 60 seconds on 20 off X 3 Rounds

4 Sand Bag Transverse Jump slam and high pull frontal clean - 60 seconds on 20 off X 3 Rounds

5 Grab Grip Supported Squat Thrust In Sync Wide In Narrow - 60 seconds on 20 off X 3 Rounds
