FTE
The top of the FASTER ladder. A year of the newest research, skills and content, in a community of trainers who come back every year, some since 2010. For the 1 in 100 FASTER students.
What is FTE?
FTE, the FASTER Trainer Expert programme, is a yearly Level 4 programme for experienced trainers, rebuilt every year around the newest research and methods. It costs £3,600 paid in full, or £600 deposit and 18 monthly payments of £200, plan total £4,200. It is not a one-off course. Trainers join a cohort, work through the year, and most come back the following year, some every year since 2010. Completing an Expert-level course unlocks lifetime access to the FASTER PT Manager and the register. It is aimed at the top layer of FASTER students, and John will tell you plainly if you are not ready yet.
What you get
How it works
Who FTE is for
FTE is for the 1 in 100. If you have climbed the FASTER ladder and you want to stay at the front of the industry rather than watch it recycle old ideas, this is the top.
It is a yearly programme, not a one-off course. The trainers in it treat it like a professional anchor. The thing that keeps them current, connected and ahead. Completing it unlocks lifetime access to everything FASTER has built.
If you are not sure whether you are FTE-ready, ask John. He will tell you straight, including "not yet".

"If you've been in the industry a while and are up-skilling around movement, pain, injury rehabilitation or sports performance, FASTER will teach you to question everything you know, ask better questions, then find and evaluate research to discover your answer. No egos, no gurus, just great trainers that put their clients first and really make a difference."
Not sure if FTE is for you?
If you are not sure it fits, ask. John will tell you honestly whether this is the right step or whether something else suits you better. No deadline, no pressure. The founder answers the WhatsApp.

Your qualification asks you to run the business on IT systems. Nobody tells you which ones
The Level 4 Diploma has a unit on using IT systems to plan and manage a personal training business. It is assessed. What it does not do is tell you that the normal answer costs five subscriptions a month, or that there is one that does not.
ProgrammingWhy your sessions are good but forgettable
A session that is well programmed and still forgettable has a structure problem, not a content problem. FASTER teaches session design as a three-act story — familiar start, rising tension, resolution — because an experience is a sequence of feelings, and so is a story.
Coaching & MindsetThe barrier your client will never tell you about
Clients rarely quit because the training was too hard. They quit because of something in their week they never mentioned, and never will unless you ask properly. Level 2 makes you identify the typical barriers. The job is spotting the untypical one.
