Suspension Trainer
The certificate for using the suspension trainer safely and creatively. Built for trainers who travel to clients or train them outdoors. The kit that fits in a bag and turns any space into a session.
What is a suspension training course?
A suspension training course teaches you to set up and coach a suspension trainer safely, then build sessions with it that go beyond the handful of exercises most people repeat. With FASTER it is £300, paid in full or in three payments with Klarna at checkout, delivered through FOCUS Awards at Level 2. It is built for mobile and outdoor trainers, because one bag of kit turns a park, a garden or a client's garage into a full session. You study online at your own pace, your work is marked by a real person, and you keep free return access to the content for life.

How it works
Who Suspension Trainer is for
Suspension Trainer is for trainers who work where the gym isn't. If you travel to clients, train people outdoors, or want equipment that fits in a bag and fills a session, this is built for you.
It teaches you to use the suspension trainer safely first and creatively second, so your outdoor and mobile sessions stand out instead of repeating the same circuit. And with free return access, everything you cover stays with you for good.
Not sure if Suspension Trainer is for you?
If you are not sure it fits, ask. John will tell you honestly whether this is the right step or whether something else suits you better. No deadline, no pressure. The founder answers the WhatsApp.

Your qualification asks you to run the business on IT systems. Nobody tells you which ones
The Level 4 Diploma has a unit on using IT systems to plan and manage a personal training business. It is assessed. What it does not do is tell you that the normal answer costs five subscriptions a month, or that there is one that does not.
ProgrammingWhy your sessions are good but forgettable
A session that is well programmed and still forgettable has a structure problem, not a content problem. FASTER teaches session design as a three-act story — familiar start, rising tension, resolution — because an experience is a sequence of feelings, and so is a story.
Coaching & MindsetThe barrier your client will never tell you about
Clients rarely quit because the training was too hard. They quit because of something in their week they never mentioned, and never will unless you ask properly. Level 2 makes you identify the typical barriers. The job is spotting the untypical one.
