Skill-Driven Mobility Coach
A hands-on coaching skill built around Motor Skill Development Theory that makes clients feel fantastic. Use what you know about bone and joint movement and turn it into a technique you can actually deliver.
What is a mobility coaching course?
Skill-Driven Mobility Coach teaches a hands-on mobility technique built on Motor Skill Development Theory, using gentle touch, helping, power, stability and mobility work that clients can feel working. It costs £600 paid in full, or £100 deposit and 7 monthly payments of £86, plan total £702. It takes what you already know about bone and joint movement and turns it into something you can deliver in a session, rather than a few stretches you half remember. It pairs well with Field-Based Biomechanics. It counts as active learning, so your PT Manager access runs while you study, and free return access is included for life.

Your Client Isn't Learning A Squat, They're Learning A Pattern They Can Use Anywhere
Schema Theory explains why a client who's practised a squat with a light dumbbell can still squat on a balance board they've never stood on. Skill-Driven Mobility Coach teaches it as one of two ways motor skill learning actually works, and it changes what "teaching a movement" means.
Business & ClientsToday's Two Posts Both Only Had To Be Solved Once, And PT Manager's Client Record Keeps It That Way
Today's first post found that a client drops off for one of four reasons, and the real one is found by asking, never guessed at. Today's second found that a client's movement doesn't have to be relearned from scratch for a new situation, because it's built into a pattern first. PT Manager's client record is where the found answer actually lives, so nobody has to rediscover it next session.
Business & ClientsThe Live Analyser Reads The Squat's Tempo And The Press-Up's Plank Line
Today's earlier two posts named the muscles a press-up trains and showed how load, speed and hold turn one squat into four different exercises. PT Manager's Live Analyser is where a trainer sees which one is actually happening, live.
